Patrol Boat

For the visible public surface of a company website.
- Up to 10 agreed public routes
- One named host family · one language
- Message, visitor path, privacy, consent, contact and browser-trust surfaces
The moment a company website is public, it is already sailing into the world. GDPR enforcement can carry serious financial penalties, while a privacy, cookie, contact or clarity gap can cost trust, time and customers. Market Touch checks the agreed public route before uncertainty becomes an expensive voyage.
Clear route — or Victoria Falls? Owners have good reason to want certainty before they launch: a visible privacy, cookie, contact or clarity gap can turn a promising voyage into an expensive detour. We turn the anxious “what if?” into a dated evidence record and a practical route forward.
The relief starts with one URL, an agreed public route, visible evidence and a clear next move — not a mountain of frameworks.
Every company does not need the same expedition. Patrol Boat reads the visible public surface. Submarine follows a longer agreed route and its public structures. Diving Bell takes an agreed deep journey into a larger public web world and its named high-value paths.

For the visible public surface of a company website.
Scope agreed 11–35 routes · extended 36–100
For a wider public website and its agreed visitor journeys.
Scope agreed 101–250 agreed routes
For a larger public web world where selected deep journeys matter.
The price follows the agreed scope. A route is a meaningful public URL path or landing surface. Named external landing pages, additional languages, hosts and specialist modules are agreed and priced before inspection.
A calm Finnish-language Dispatch from the quay: the Patrol Boat, Submarine and Diving Bell explain the agreed public route in plain language. Captions are built into the video.
A dated, evidence-led website compliance review of the public URL your customer sees: visible GDPR / privacy information, cookie and consent surfaces, readable use, contact identity and browser-trust signals.
No mountain of frameworks before the first question is answered. The Web Compliance Inspector records what is visibly present, what needs adjusting and the next practical route.
A company does not need a giant compliance matrix before it knows whether its public visitor route is clear. Market Touch begins with the evidence a first visitor can see, then names the next repair, the next review depth or the specialist route that actually fits.
For an organisation that wants a disciplined answer to what a first visitor can understand, which public controls are visible and which one repair matters most before the voyage continues.
Every website is a vessel. Its public information is the cargo. The client supplies the URL, primary audience and intended outcome; Market Touch returns a short, dated and prioritised reading of what reaches a first visitor — not a mystery score.
Your cargo may be business language, a product, a visual world, sound, film, education or another original form of expression. Web Marshal does not standardise the creativity or decide the desired brand position. It helps you play it safe: stay free to play, make and communicate in your own way while the public route arrives clearly, understandably and with visible risks named.
When the listed conditions are met, the dated review file carries the Market Touch New Technology Marshal Certificate of Observed Public Controls: a transparent statement of the pages, evidence, observed controls, exceptions and review timestamp that are actually present.
Many owners worry that a public site may be missing a privacy, consent, accessibility, contact or browser-trust surface that a visitor — or an applicable requirement — expects to find. The Web Compliance Inspector turns that broad compliance concern into a recorded public-website review: a dated route, visible evidence, a control register and a practical next action.
Recorded finding language: each visible public condition is recorded as Passed, Needs adjusting, or Specialist route. The record names the observed page and review time, so a client receives a useful route forward and a grounded record of what was observed.

No one wants to sail full speed in thick fog. The completed review gives the client a concise two-sheet record of what was checked, what the evidence supports and what requires adjustment or re-review before the horizon is treated as clear.
Page one is the Market Touch New Technology Marshal Certificate of Observed Public Controls. It identifies the examined route, public version, date/time, scope, evidence coverage, score position and listed observations.
Page two is the Web Compliance Inspector Control Register. Numbered conditions connect the certificate to the pages and facts actually seen, including the applicable official guidance / requirements filter, exceptions and intended action.
Certificate decision: at the recorded inspection time, Market Touch reads the named URL, public pages and supplied evidence through the agreed Web Compliance Inspector controls and the applicable European Union / national requirements and guidance then known to the Review Desk. Where the agreed conditions are observed and evidence-supported, Market Touch issues the Certificate of Observed Public Controls — Passed. The following register pages name the URL, timestamp, GDPR / data-protection, cookie / consent, public usability, identity and browser-trust findings that form that decision. Any condition requiring work is stated as Needs adjusting; any question needing deeper examination is given a Specialist route.
Regional route: if the primary market or audience is outside the agreed Finland / EU starter scope, a separate region-specific inspection and localised-page / translation review can be scoped by quotation.

A website is not merely a technical object. It is a route through which people decide whether to trust, understand and continue.
Can a new visitor understand the offer, find a next step and avoid a dead end?
Does the public page remain legible and meaningful across ordinary desktop and phone reading?
Are titles, descriptions, headings, canonical routes and crawl-facing basics doing their sensible share of the work?
Are public privacy, consent, contact and browser-facing security cues clear enough to merit confidence?
Which single action should happen now, and which tempting actions can wait until there is evidence they matter?
URL, audience and desired outcome establish what the public route is supposed to achieve.
Browser, public-page and instrument signals are collected without confusing a tool result with the whole reality of the site.
The result is a dated report: what matters first, what comes next and what may be safely deferred.
Before naming the reef, check the lens.
A scanner, browser test or report may show a valuable signal. The Inspector records the signal, the supporting evidence, the public scope and the next expert action where deeper technical, accessibility or legal assessment is needed.
A concise structure, copy and asset plan for an agreed page or small visitor route. Useful when the diagnosis is clear but the repair needs a composed plan.
Approved web, content, public-presence or practical production work, scoped and quoted separately after the Controlled Review.
Where the inspection identifies a deeper legal, privacy, accessibility or security question, Market Touch can frame the brief and coordinate the next expert conversation.
